Supervision of Construction Works

Supervision of construction works is a component of the consulting services for construction business. Monitoring of the perfrmance of works complies with the legal provisions in force. Most supervision projects implemented by Proiect Consulting Ltd comply with the FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contract conditions or with the provisions of the Decision of the Romanian Government 1/2018 approving the general and specific terms and conditions fo certain categories of procurement contracts for investments financed from public funds.
 
Our Resident Engineers and Site Inspectors participate in: preparation of works; performance of works; reception of works; after reception, the final reception.
